Elite Passive Fire was contracted by ANOROC to install passive fire protection for service penetrations across carpark levels, electrical, communication, and plumbing risers, plus the lift room.
Our responsibilities included installing all fire protection specified by the Fire Engineer, providing detailed progress reports, identifying any missed items, and delivering comprehensive v-drawings and tailored solutions. We also handled QA documentation, including plan markups, labelling, and work schedule registers.

Following a building re-clad, Elite Passive Fire was engaged by RCS Construction to upgrade the passive fire protection system site-wide to meet current standards.
From June 2021 to September 2022, we installed a variety of passive fire measures, including bulkhead construction, batt installation to exposed purlins and voids, fire collars on plumbing pipes, putty cord on cables, and bulkheads on exposed I-beams.

Elite Passive Fire was invited by RCS Construction to provide passive fire protection installation in the lobby, bathrooms, and corridors on each level.
Work ran from July 2021 to July 2022. We ensured full compliance through installation, QA documentation including penetration labelling, site plan markups, and producer statement sign-off on project completion.
