The Emily Place Apartments

The Emily Place Apartments are an 8-storey apartment block build in the 1920’s in Auckland CBD. Elite Passive Fire were invited by RCS Construction to carry out passive fire protection installation to the lobby area, lobby bathrooms and corridors on each level. Work commenced in July 2021 and progressed as stages of the building were made available and was completed in July 2022.

Elite Passive Fire were responsible for the installation of passive fire protection systems as well as QA documentation to each penetration that was installed. This included labelling, marked up site plans and producer statement sign off at the completion of the project.
