Jeremy Tiumalu

Managing Director

Jeremy Tiumalu brings extensive experience in the construction industry, with specialist expertise in passive fire protection. He has completed in-depth product training with leading manufacturers and holds both the NZ Certificate in Workplace Health and Safety Practice (Site Safe) and the NZ Certificate in Passive Fire Protection Installation (Competenz).

As a certified Producer Statement (PS3 Construction) author, Jeremy upholds high standards of workmanship. He ensures all Elite Passive Fire installers receive thorough in-house and product training, as well as NZQA Level 3 certification. His deep knowledge and trusted expertise are highly valued by clients across the construction and fire protection industry.

Juanita Fuatavai

Director

Juanita Fuatavai has successfully owned and operated a consulting company for over 15 years. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, majoring in Finance, and a Master’s in Business Management. Her experience also includes working in the corporate banking sector. Juanita manages the administration of Elite Passive Fire and places a strong emphasis on client satisfaction.

She believes clear communication and effective time management are essential for project success. Known for her strong communication skills, Juanita ensures all projects are delivered on time and to a high standard, supporting the team and clients through efficient, well-organized administrative and operational leadership.
